Q: Can you pencil my booking in?
A: NO - No deposit means no booking secured

Q: How long is your Disco Setup / Take down time?
A: Usually about one hour for setup and approx. 30 mins for packing away. Please remember this needs to be added on to your hall time.

Q: Do we need extra time for food when booking a child's disco?
A: No - Our child's disco shows incorporate time for food.

Q: Are the castles manned?
A: On garden hires no however for events this can be arranged for an extra cost.

Q: How many Children can we have at our party?
A: Our shows are costed to a school class size - Approx. 35 Children however this can be increased for an additional cost.

Q: Help it's raining! Can I still have my castle?
A: Depending on the severity of the weather it is down to our discretion as to weather it is safe.

Q: Will I get my deposit back if I cancel?
A: If we cancel due to the weather then yes you will, If you cancel then the deposit is non refundable.
